Cooking is my language. From my personal philosophy, I develop dishes that change people’s perception of food. By means of dinners, workshops and cooking demonstrations I immerse my guests into a whole new world. Craftsmanship, passion and creativity are the focus. After years of experience in the Belgian gastronomy, as well as training at home and abroad, four years ago I decided to only work with organic and plant-based products. Together with my girlfriend Carmen I show people how tasty and innovative a kitchen without animal suffering and with a minimum impact on the planet can be. To me, this is the kitchen of the future. This is my part in growing towards a more conscious and sustainable society.
