In seiner Zeit als VEBU-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer hat er die erste vegetarische Messe \"VeggieWorld\" ins Leben gerufen und die Aktion \"Donnerstag ist Veggietag\" von Belgien nach Deutschland gebracht. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat er die weltweit erste Vitamin-B12-Zahncreme erfunden, die Anfang 2012 in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Naturkosmetikhersteller SANTE auf den Markt gekommen ist. Im Rahmen der EU-Lebensmittelinformationsverordnung setzt sich der Interessensvertreter europ\u00e4ischer Vegetarier in Br\u00fcssel au\u00dferdem daf\u00fcr ein, dass die Begriffe \"vegetarisch\" und \"vegan\" eindeutig definiert und gesch\u00fctzt werden. Sebastian Z\u00f6sch wurde von den Usern auf vegetarier24.de zum beliebtesten Vegetarier Deutschlands gew\u00e4hlt.
