Im Rahmen von 10 Menu\u0308s, inspiriert durch ihre Supperclub-Abende im gesamten deutschsprachigen Raum (2012 - 2016) stellte die K\u00f6chin und Autorin Gastro-Unternehmerinnen vor und manifestierte damit ihre weiteren Themen neben veganer Ku\u0308che: Feminismus, Gleichberechtigung und soziales Engagement. Seit Fru\u0308hjahr 2017 gibt es die \u201eVegan Queens\u201c nun auch als erfolgreiches Podcast-Format . Die Interview-Reihe mit Gru\u0308nderinnen und Unternehmerinnen h\u00f6rten mittlerweile u\u0308ber 60.000 Follower. Im letzten Jahr vertiefte Sophia ihr Engagement fu\u0308r Nachhaltigkeit und gegen Lebensmittelverschwendung, trat als Speakerin auf Konferenzen und Events auf und hielt Workshops zur Thematik. Im Februar 2019 erscheint ihr drittes Kochbuch \u201eZero Waste Ku\u0308che\u201c. Als Expertin und festes Jury-Mitglied beim Deutschen Gastro-Gru\u0308nderpreis spricht sie auf Panels u\u0308ber Food-Trends und ber\u00e4t Unternehmen als Consultant.
