So wie ich beispielsweise mein Catering mit Elektroautos ausliefere, niemals Lebensmittel wegwerfe, Gem\u00fcse im Ganzen verwerte, \u00fcberwiegend verpackungsfrei und bewusst einkaufe und Ressourcen wie Energie oder Wasser achte und schone.\r\nMein Wissen als weitergebildeter Ern\u00e4hrungsberater und Fitnesstrainer und meine Erfahrung aus allen Sparten von Restaurants und Hotels flie\u00dfen in mein Catering und meine Kochkurse ein. Das hei\u00dft im Klartext: ich koche bewusst und \u00fcberlegt und zeige in meinen Kursen, wie man t\u00e4glich ganz einfach frisch kochen kann. Super schnell, wahnsinnig gesund, verdammt lecker und ziemlich g\u00fcnstig. Dabei verbinde ich Profitipps mit definitiv alltagstauglichen Zubereitungen sowie vielen Infos \u00fcber N\u00e4hrwert, Verarbeitung, Aufbewahrung und Resteverwertung. \r\nBei meiner Arbeit steht vor allem der Geschmack an erster Stelle. Ich versuche spannenden Produkte kreativ und modern umzusetzen.
