Nach seiner Kochlehre im Gastrocenter St. Gallen arbeitete er unter anderem im Grand Hotel Dolder in Z\u00fcrich, im Quellenhof Bad Ragaz und im Suvretta House in St. Moritz. Er schloss die Hotelfachschule\r\nBelvoirpark in Z\u00fcrich ab und liess sich zum Gastronomie-\r\nKoch Spital & Heim ausbilden. Auf der stetigen Suche nach der Weiterentwicklung der klassischen K\u00fcche liess er sich von der Experimental K\u00fcche faszinieren.\r\n\t\r\nSeit  9. August 2010, f\u00fchrt er sein Restaurant inGrenchen\r\nStation 1. Bereits nach einem Jahr wurde er mit diesem in der Sparte Trend mit dem Best of Swiss Gastro Adward ausgezeichnet, und f\u00fcr das folge Jahr schon wider. Im Mai 2014 erhielt er das Label Pros specie rare f\u00fcr den Betrieb noch dazu und wurde im Guide bleu mit 6 von 10 Punkten bewertet.\r\nSeine B\u00fccher wurden bereits mehrfach mit Silber und Gold ausgezeichnet. Caviezel ist in der Kochszene ein bekannter Brand. Seit Jahren setzt er sich intensiv mit der Veganen K\u00fcche auseinander. So f\u00fchrte er im 2015 f\u00fcr eine Saison das erste Vegane Gourmet Restaurant im \u00c4ltesten Hotel in der Schweiz im Grand Hotel Giessbach.. F\u00fcr Namhafte Unternehmungen schult er aktiv K\u00fcchemitarbeiter \u00fcber die Vegane K\u00fcche. Im November ist er erstmals im Uni Spital Basel als Gastkoch t\u00e4tig und wird dort die Vegetarische\/ Vegane K\u00fcche zelebrieren .. Auch ist er im Bereich eines Pop Up Restaurant f\u00fcr die Veganen Gerichte zust\u00e4ndig ..
