Als K\u00fcchenchefin hat sie viele Jahre in der gehobenen Hotellerie in Tschechien, \u00d6sterreich und Deutschland gearbeitet. Aus famili\u00e4ren Gr\u00fcnden wechselte sie in die Gemeinschaftsverpflegung und leitete K\u00fcchen der sozialen Tr\u00e4ger (Caritasverband, USE). Durch die st\u00e4ndig steigende Nachfrage nach vegetarischen und veganen Alternativen motiviert, spezialisierte sich Marketa Schellenberg auf die Zubereitung pflanzlicher Gerichte. Als gepr\u00fcfte K\u00f6chin f\u00fcr Vollwertern\u00e4hrung UGB und gepr\u00fcfte Dozentin UGB ist M. Schellenberg nicht nur fachlich, sondern auch p\u00e4dagogisch f\u00e4hig diese Kompetenzen auf Interessierte weiter zu geben. Seit 2012 arbeitet Marketa Schellenberg eng mit dem VEBU zusammen. Dabei entwickelte sie f\u00fcr die Teilnehmer des \u00c4rztekongresses \"VegMed 2013\" ein hochwertiges pflanzliches Men\u00fc, unterst\u00fctzte als gepr\u00fcfte Ausbilderin das VEBU-Projekt \"Vegucation\" f\u00fcr die Verbesserung der bisherigen Erstausbildung von angehenden K\u00f6chen.  Die aus zahlreichen TV-Auftritten (u.a. VOX, RBB und RTL) bekannte Gourmetk\u00f6chin vertiefte die Kenntnisse der veganen K\u00fcche in einem Berliner Bio-Hotel und hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren ein umfangreiches Wissen \u00fcber den Einsatz von Wild- und Heilpflanzen in der K\u00fcche angeeignet.
