Aus einem italienischen Catering stammend hat er mit 13 die vegane Ern\u00e4hrung f\u00fcr sich entdeckt. Kochen ist seine Leidenschaft. Mit 19 war er bereits Chefkoch in einem Meditationszentrum in M\u00fcnchen. Er betrieb, 2002\/2003 den Gastrostand \"veggy island\" auf dem alternativen Toll Wood Festival in M\u00fcnchen. Das legend\u00e4re Zerwirk Restaurant er\u00f6ffnete mit Surdham als Chefkoch, das erste grosse fine dining vegan Restaurant in Deutschland 2005. Das Bowl Essen und die Kuchen im Tushita Teehaus in M\u00fcnchen, entstanden unter seiner F\u00fchrung 2009. Seit 2012 betreibt er \"Surdhams Kitchen\" ein veganer Catering Betrieb. Er veranstaltet Kochkurse, Dinner Events und ber\u00e4t die Gastronomie in Fragen \"vegan und bio\". Surdham hat 4 vegane Kochb\u00fccher ver\u00f6ffentlicht.
