C\u2019est une pratique qui demande de travailler ses forces et ses faiblesses, physiquement et \u00e9motionnellement.  Compl\u00e9tement persuad\u00e9e par cette m\u00e9thode j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me former pour devenir professeur en 2014.\r\nAujourd'hui pour moi le yoga c'est plus qu'une pratique c'est tout un style de vie. Et c'est un bout de ce mode de vie que j'essaye de transmettre dans chacun de mes cours, stages et \u00e9v\u00e9nements. En continuit\u00e9 de mes cours et \u00e9v\u00e9nements j'ai ouvert un programme en ligne pour pratiquer l'Ashtanga Yoga en autonomie et en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : My Namaskar.
