Unteranderem war ich Backstubenleiter in New York, Betriebsleiter auf der Urlaubsinsel R\u00fcgen, Chef Patissier in einem 5*Hotel in Berlin Mitte und zuletzt Dozent und Pr\u00fcfer in der Akademie der Konditoren Berlin. Ich experimentiere, probiere und teste verschiedene Rezepte und Rohstoffe bis mir das Endprodukt gef\u00e4llt und es dem deutschen Konditorenniveau entspricht. Dabei habe ich immer einen Blick auf Allergien und Unvertr\u00e4glichkeiten. So bin ich gewillt, wenig Sojaprodukte zu verwenden oder eben auch immer wieder nussfreie Kreationen zu entwickeln.
