Auf die Schulzeit folgten Lehr- und Gesellenjahre im Kfz-Handwerk. Beim Stuttgarter Daimler-Konzern legt er die Meisterpr\u00fcfung ab und baut im Anschluss erfolgreich den LKW-Kundendienst Deutschland auf. Bald absolviert er einen Masterstudiengang an der Schweizer Eliteuniversit\u00e4t St. Gallen. Nach einigen Projekten steigt er zum Leiter Vertrieb Service Nutzfahrzeuge Deutschland auf. 2009 wechselt er f\u00fcr Daimler als Technischer Direktor in die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung eines Joint Ventures in Russland und verantwortet hier u.a. den Bau des ersten LKW Werkes in Russland und baut den dortigen Vertrieb\/Service f\u00fcr den Konzern auf. \r\nEinem burn-out 2008, folgte ein radikaler Lebenswandel, in dessen Zuge er seine Ern\u00e4hrung umstellte und fortan vegan lebte. Im Fr\u00fchjahr 2011 gr\u00fcndet Bredack als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer die Veganz GmbH, Europas erste vegane Supermarktkette. Nach erfolgreicher internationaler Expansion der Superm\u00e4rkte erweitert Veganz sein Gesch\u00e4ft um den Gro\u00dfhandel. Der Unternehmer qualifizierte sich 2014 als Finalist beim renommierten Deutschen Gr\u00fcnderpreis und wurde Ende des Jahres zur person of the year von PETA gew\u00e4hlt.  Getragen vom Erfolg steigt Bredack 2015 mit Veganz in das Markengesch\u00e4ft ein und gewann den PETA Progress Award. Erfolgreich baute Bredack 2017 das Gesch\u00e4ft von Veganz um.
