Stimmt's?! Nee. Stimmt sowat von gar nich. Ick bin Alex. Lebender Gegenbeweis. Ich bin Handwerksmeister mit eigener Baufirma, hab nen kleinen Bauch und schleppe den ganzen Tag Steine. Ich lebe vegan, koche f\u00fcr mein Leben gern und vom Bekehren halte ich gar n\u00fcscht. Begeistern liegt mir mehr. Fr\u00fcher war ich mal 135 Kilo schwer und meine Gesundheit drohte schlapp zu machen. Gelenke, Herz, Kreislauf - vielleicht kennt ihr das ja. Jetzt schleppe ich fast 50 kg weniger mit mir herum, geb' mein Bestes, das zu halten und gesund zu bleiben. F\u00fcr meine f\u00fcnfk\u00f6pfige Familie und f\u00fcr mich. Und f\u00fcr Buddy, meinen Boxer. F\u00fcr den auch. Ein paar leckere, einfache und gesunde Rezepte aus Alex' Kochbuch k\u00f6nnt ihr in meiner Videokochshow \"Hier kocht Alex\" auf YouTube anschauen - produziert von der Tierrechtsorganisation PETA. Ihr werdet hier keine aufwendig gestapelten Gem\u00fcset\u00fcrmchen oder schicke Gem\u00fcse Carpaccios finden, nee Freunde, ich koche nach Art der Hausmannskost. Einfach, s\u00e4ttigend und gro\u00dfe Portionen.
