Seit \u00fcber f\u00fcnf Jahren lebe ich vegan. In dieser Zeit habe ich festgestellt, wie ich mich k\u00f6rperlich und geistig besser f\u00fchle und somit habe ich diese Ern\u00e4hrungsweise beibehalten. So kam ich dazu ein Kochbuch zu verfassen in welchem ich die grosse Rezeptsammlung aus meiner Ausbildungszeit veganisiert habe. \u00abVegan sein\u00bb ist f\u00fcr mich keine Mission und ich will auch niemanden dazu \u00abbekehren\u00bb.
