Beide lieben den Blick \u00fcber den kulinarischen Tellerrand &nbsp;oder lassen traditionelle Gerichte ihrer Kindheit gerne in einem neuen Licht erscheinen. Ihr Motto \"Feinster Gem\u00fcse Rock \u2018n\u2019 Roll.<\/p><p style=\"margin-left:0.0px;\">Gegr\u00fcndet haben die beiden Veganerinnen die FETTE BEETE Anfang 2019.&nbsp;<br>Zuvor war Kristina Mohr bereits seit 2012 als vegane Gastronomien mit dem \u201cUntervegs\u201d selbstst\u00e4ndig. Das \u201cUntervegs\u201d geh\u00f6rte anfangs zu den wenigen rein veganen Foodtrucks auf Festivals. Sp\u00e4ter wurde sie dann in Krefeld mit einem eigenen Restaurant sesshaft - das Restaurant aus dem dann die FETTE BEETE wurde.&nbsp;<\/p><p style=\"margin-left:0.0px;\">Jessica Wolf war vor ihrer gemeinsamen Beete-Zeit Gastgeberin des veganen Supperclubs \u201cHerr Johann\u201d in D\u00fcsseldorf. 5 Jahre veranstaltete sie Dinner-Abende, Brunches und Kuchennachmittage. Au\u00dferdem leitete sie im Familienforum Neuss Kochkurse f\u00fcr rein pflanzliche K\u00fcche.
